This website

This site and its content, including text, photos, logos, and design, are owned by Pure Reflection LLC unless otherwise credited. You may not copy or republish it without our written permission.

We keep this site accurate to the best of our ability, but we make no warranty that its content is complete, current, or error-free. Photos show real project work but individual results vary by project.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless we say otherwise in writing. A quote is based on the scope of work we agree to at your site visit. If the scope changes, the price may change with it.

Promotions

Promotional offers, such as percent-off or flat-dollar discounts, apply only to the projects described on that promotion's page. Not every project qualifies. Offers cannot be combined unless we say so in writing. We can end a promotion at any time.

Payment

Our standard policy is a 50% deposit to schedule your install, unless your signed contract says otherwise. The remaining balance is due when the work is complete and you've walked through it with us.

Warranty on our work

We warrant our installation workmanship as described in your signed contract. Manufacturer material warranties pass through to you on the terms each manufacturer sets, not terms we control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to our work is limited to the value of the contracted work. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
