By accessing pure-reflection.com or requesting services from Pure Reflection LLC, you agree to these terms.

Quotes & pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified in writing. Quotes are based on the scope of work agreed to during the site visit; material changes to scope may result in revised pricing.

Promotions

Promotional offers (e.g., percent off, flat-dollar discounts, free upgrades) apply only to qualifying projects as defined on the promotion's landing page. Some projects may not qualify. Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Pure Reflection reserves the right to end any promotion at any time.

Payment

Pure Reflection's standard policy is no payment until install completion, unless otherwise stated in the signed contract. Final payment is due on completion of work and walk-through.

Warranty

Pure Reflection warrants installation workmanship per the terms in your signed contract. Manufacturer material warranties pass through to the customer per each manufacturer's terms.

Intellectual property

All content on pure-reflection.com — including text, photography, logos, and design — is the property of Pure Reflection LLC unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce or republish material without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Pure Reflection's liability is limited to the value of the contracted work. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
