Accessibility Statement
Last updated: September 14, 2026
Pure Reflection LLC wants this website to work for everyone, including people who use a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, or rely on other assistive technology.
Our standard
We build this site toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That is a widely used technical standard, not a legal certification, and we treat it as a target we keep working toward rather than a box we've checked once and forgotten.
What we've done
- Keyboard navigation, including a skip-to-content link and a visible focus outline on every interactive element.
- Real, associated labels on every form field, not just placeholder text.
- One clear heading per page, and headings that follow a logical order.
- Text alternatives on every meaningful image, and decorative images marked so screen readers skip them.
- Color contrast checked against WCAG AA targets across the site.
- Motion and animation that respect your device's "reduce motion" setting.
Known limitations
We're not aware of a perfect website, and we'd rather tell you what we know than claim otherwise. As of the date above:
- Spanish-language pages don't exist yet. The whole site is English-only for now; a Spanish version is a planned future pass, not something we're treating as done.
- We test with common browsers and screen readers, but we can't test every combination of assistive technology and browser. If something doesn't work the way you expect, we want to hear about it.
If something doesn't work for you
If you use assistive technology and run into a barrier anywhere on this site, tell us. We want to fix it. Contact contact@pure-reflection.com or call (509) 948-8090, and describe the page and the problem as best you can. We'll get back to you within a few business days.
This statement describes our own practices in plain language. It is not legal advice, and it isn't a substitute for talking to a lawyer if you have a legal question about your own situation.
