How much does an epoxy garage floor cost in the Tri-Cities?
It depends on square footage, the condition of the concrete, and the finish you choose. A two-car garage is the most common job we price. You get a free in-home visit and a written quote before any work is scheduled, and the $500 offer comes off that price.
How long does the install take?
Most residential garages take two to three days from prep to walk-on, and you can usually park on the floor within a few days after that. We confirm the exact timeline in your quote.
Will it peel when I pull my car in on a hot day?
Not when the concrete is prepped right. Peeling almost always comes from paint kits applied over unground concrete. We diamond-grind every floor, repair cracks with flexible polyurea, and finish with a polyaspartic topcoat made for hot tire pickup.
My garage floor has cracks and oil stains. Can you still coat it?
Yes. Cracks and spalling are repaired during prep and oil stains are ground out before the base coat goes down. Bringing an older Kennewick or Pasco garage back is some of our most common work.
